FYI points expire two years after they’re acquired and I got Ford Performance branded hood struts, fender cover and pit mat.
Wow, I didn't know that. Sure glad I used mine when I did, or I'd be pissed if I lost them!

I get why you're asking, but you want the internet to tell you the best way to spend $200 on accessories. I think the door bags would be a waste of money, and you think it's the best way to spend it. See what I mean?

Just decide what you need/want and buy them.

With that said, I would get 7 of these, one for everyday of the week...

Agree, but thanks to this post, a forum member approached me to sell me his unopened 2 door bags for a very reasonable price, so reaching out still pays! :ROFLMAO:

So then you're gonna spend the points on the belt buckles, right?

Another 2DR Hot Pepper in CLT!!!

Skip the door bags. I've used mine 3-5 times in 1.5 years of ownership. I also got the tray liners, which are pretty useful.

I did also buy the enclosure for the cargo area, but can't really comment on it's usefulness just yet since it's only been in for a month. It does seem fairly secure, so i'm looking forward to rolling around town topless with no worries about stuff wandering off. It is pricey from Ford, but I had some extra points from an F150 purchase last year.

Extended warranty through granger
That's a boring choice, but it's what I used my points on too. ;)
As far as accessories, the aftermarket has a lot of better choices at lower prices.
The Ford hood struts are made by Redline and would have been one of my top choices. Then maybe the floor and cargo mats.

Ford Accessories has 15-20% off sales from time to time. You may want to wait to maximize your buying power.

I didn't see a way to use the points towards Ford apparel, has anyone able to do so?

I got myself a NOCO GB-50 jump pack with my points. Was a bit more expensive than other places, but it was "free". Good peace of mind when out camping in remote areas.

Ford accessories are currently 15% off.

I’m looking at hood deflectors. I kind of like the “smoke” since it does not have the lip like the trail armor. Not sure if they perform different or if one produces more hood flutter.

hood lift seems like a no brainer as well since i charge/maintain the battery weekly.

As the title says, what is the Best Bang for your Buck on the 42,000 Points?

I'm thinking of the 2 door bags for $20 after the points but would like your opinion on what to get.

I do all my maintenance, so I don't need that. TIA
Ford Performance Hood Struts. Totally awesome.

Thanks for the heads up on expiring. Didn't know that.

The Ford website sucks. It kept crashing and is now unavailable. Even when it was working it sucked...

100%. I tried using my points through Chrome, it froze, tried it on Edge, froze again. Had to order from my phone, ended up with the hood struts and the molle organizer for the tailgate. Not bad for $1.77.
