Black Diamond rear bumper, plastic or steel construction?

I know this topic has been beaten up, but a few pictures I've seen recently have me questioning things....

Can the owner of a 2023 Black Diamond confirm plastic rear bumper (smooth top) or steel (grip/textured pattern on top)?

Bonus ask... the black diamond had 2 rear tow hoops in 2021. Is it now 1 or 2 rear tow hoops?
