To answer the question posted in the thread:
Goes Ok with MIC Gray:
  1. Cyber orange
  2. Black
  3. White
  4. A51
  5. Rapid red
  6. Badlands trim package
Does not go well with MIC Gray:
  1. Carbonized gray
  2. Silver
  3. AMB
  4. Race Red
  5. Cactus Gray
  6. Wildtrak or OBX
that’s my opinion anyhow.

Yea me too and I wanted silver so.... now I'm sad....

Mainly because I don't see a soft top serving any function.
Otherwise it would be a way to get a black top

It is amazing how different tastes can be. I am being driven away from my favorite color (Cyber Orange) by the grey tops. Can't stand the look.

The only color that I do like with these tops is the Carbonized Grey. But I still have yet to see the tops in person, nor do I know if the color is finalized.

Velocity Blue is still viable in my mind. Still need to see it though.

I've never been offended by the MIC top like it seems most people are. So take my opinion with a grain of salt. That said, I'm between Rapid Red and Carbonized Gray. Enough people have defended RR but here's some pics to defend how good Carbonized Gray looks with it, IMHO of course...

Also remember not to look at the pictures in factory lighting. It's unrealistic and makes the top look like garbage

I’m going Velocity Blue (WT 4 dr) - which obviously hasn’t been seen - expecting it will work. In a perfect world I’d go with black but will have a black soft top once those are available anyway.

gotta love the diversity in taste. IMO it looks best with Carb Gray. But I also love the orange BL accents with CG.

No matter someone's taste
We all have one thing in common

The body color will need to be decided because on how well it works with a :

Random, dusty, warm toned, baby-puke grey....

Really not fair. We should at least be working with black

A51 for sure........but I'm now leaning toward Cactus Grey BD, so white modular down the road.

I'm likely going carbonized grey although iconic silver a close second and both will match the MIC although it appears the grey will be best. However, can always get the top Line-X as needed which will add slight amount of weight but may look considerably better. Match the fender flares to the top and that should be impressive and functional for those traveling farther off pavement than the mall or soccer parking lot. My thought process, plus don't forget the mirrors. Those scratch easily since they stick out. ;)

Maybe we should be painting the flares to match the MIC

Nice light in those photos you can see that even though there's like 5 grey tones on that Bronco somehow its working
Thats a huge amount of different colors for one vehicle

Yeah if it wasn’t overcast and it wasn’t a carb grey bronco that would look bad.

no matter, as long as I can get a black mod top with a reasonable delay I’m not gonna deal with the MIC gray

This was the other one of these I’ve seen that I liked a lot.

Do we have enough people officially on this bandwagon to usurp the CG designation from Cactus Gray? How would they abbreviate cactus though? Cac Gray? No that’s nothing...
