Do you think the tail-lights of the Braptor will be swapable with the regulat bronco?

I know that the BLIDS is mounted to the taillight itself, but on a badlands or wildtrak for example, where is the BLIDS mounted?

I think Bronco signature tails are so much classier.

Back surrounding fenders look slightly different, so I'd be doubtful the lights are interchangeable.

Back is different yes, but they seem to be the same dimension. It looks like for the Raptor, its still flat in the back and it protrudes further.

Those pictures aren't enough to base a decision on. Gonna have to wait until you have the rig in hand to take precise measurements and be prepared to do some fender cutting if necessary.

Completely different shape so no not swapping
I dont think its a different shape.

On the right, you can see theres a filler piece. thats prob because it has a backing that is the same size as the orig.

on the left the BLIDS sticks out and protrudes.

So anyone have any info on where the BLIDS is connected on a non raptor?

They also made the Raptor taillight slightly longer due to the size of the spare.

On the regular bronco I thought it was located behind the painted panel that is directly under the tail light. That piece is made of plastic because of this.

At first glance it appears they may fit right in. The look slightly different in dimensions but I think the area that "fits" in is possibly the same shape.

Keep it as is .. once you remove it you will dilute the Raptor.

For example, the guys who ordered their F150 Raptor without the bed applique realized after the fact that their Raptor looks like a F150. There are constant threads on the raptor forum asking other owners to trade and it never happens.

The Raptor lights stick out farther so that they can remain DOT compliant and be visible from certain angles given the larger spare tire.

I thought it was determined that Bronco doesn't have it in the lights like other Fords.

Look at the lower left corner. Angled vs squared. If the sig light physically bolts up it will have a gap there.

Page 257 of the owners manual will answer your question, sensors are not in the lights but in the facia below (for non-raptor).
