Bronco 0-60 seconds?

Probably over 6 seconds. The numbers they give are never real world. My V6 mustang was listed as 5.6 seconds I think, but it took a tune to go from 6.2 real world down to 5.4 real world. I'm guessing it will be about 6.2/6.3 for 2.3, little faster on the 2.7.

On the plus side, you can do what the turbo truck guys do at the track, drop into 4H and go for it, no traction issues, so you can apply all power to the road. On rainy days when I am feeling like an idiot, I will do that next to Mustang's sometimes.

Hello, Baha mode. This thing is said to go fast. People want to know how fast. What so unusual about that. Personally I'm more interested in 0-45 mph. My jeep acts like it has turbo lag but with no turbo. It just lags, lol. It would be nice to keep up with traffic when the light turns green with out having to floor it.

As long as my porky 4D manual Badlands gets there under nine seconds I'm fine. I have other vehicles to cure the zippy itch.

I'm more concerned about passing torque in sixth gear. Take it from someone that had a 113 HP Ranger: downshifting to pass or to just not lose speed up a hill gets old quick.

Ha, I raise you Florida drivers........I'm convinced drivers have radios and coordinate rolling roadblocks of all lanes with each other.

Also, if there's slow traffic, there's about an 80% chance it's a Camry or Corolla.

Not exactly accurate cause it looks they are comparing the v6 bronco to the smaller defender engine. The v6 defender is around 5.7 sec

Did you measure with rollout? Magazine numbers aren't really 0-60

Agreed. No roll out, since that just lowers 0-60 times. Seemed too confusing to bring it up originally. I know that is part of the reason, real world, rarely meets the magazines, or even automaker claims.

I think UK mags do not test via roll outs, or at least didn't use too.

When the bronco came to my local dealership i looked in the glove box and saw this ,its for timing 1/4 mile times in a brick shaped truck with out a v8.
