That's really impressive.
Almost wondering if it might even be too bright for grille accent lighting - hard to gauge in pictures.
Yes, hard to tell in pictures. The grille is Line-X'ed so there is no reflection, and as a test, compared the lights to the stock DRL's when on, almost a perfect match (can't get exact), But will blend in nicely day or night. Once I get it mounted, I'll take more pics to show..... thanks for the comment.

Well, that's very festive. This should be hanging on a wall by your Christmas tree, at least for the holiday's :ROFLMAO:

Looks great! I'm not really a lit-grill emblem kinda guy, but this does look good.

Grille done, just have to mount it..... it will work with the DRL's.
First couple of the back.... all wiring sealed from moisture, soldered, heat shrunk, and waterproof tape. No mold or mildew is getting inside these !! (and still room for air to circulate inside)

grille from the front.....

and with all the lights off in the building.... matches the DRL light almost perfectly !!

I can't wait to see your rig when you install the grill.

That's looking really good.

I recently ordered some Diode Dynamics lights for mine that include the amber backlighting. I can't help thinking that something like what you've got here would look good in black with amber backlighting to match the DD lights. (Especially on my CO BL whenever it shows up.)

Depending on options, easy of install, etc. I would certainly consider something like this if it becomes available for purchase down the road.

Thanks for the compliment. There is a company on here that makes them for $40 each letter, I believe. I don't know the Quality of them though, so I can't recommend them. They do have Amber backlit ones also.
Mine are completely submersible (not that I plan on doing that), but they are Waterproof, and my lights should work for 10+ years before I have to change them out. My DRL's are white, as you can see, so that is the reason I went that way. My accent color is the red, which I have pieces throughout the exterior and interior.

Nice!!! How did you mount them? Looks like you have screw caps on the pins. Did you make the letters with pins?

I'm almost definitely in the minority, but i think this would look great on a SEMA build or as a decoration on the wall of a man (or woman) cave, but it's just too "bling" for an actual vehicle you drive on the street.

Rivet nuts.... a little waterproof adhesive while attaching them to the letters.
