Congrats. I'm very surprised. I've heard of 38s and 39s rubbing. A strong educated guess is that these would just have to rub under any significant compression of compression and turn.
When I put 37s on my Outerbanks I rubbed alot. I'm surprised I don't at all with these 40s.

Please don't take this wrong but, 40" just goes to her waist. She has to be about 70" tall, or 5'10". That is just how impressive those 40 are on the Raptor. WOW!!!
Definitely not 5'10

I was going to ask whats the height at the top of the claimshell now? I did a bunch of measuring on mine and I had like 5.5" inches of clearance on a 7' door casing stock.

At what point are the axles and steering rack going to pop?
Everyone said the same thing when I put 37s on my Outerbanks & I went off road al the time with no issues.
Guess only time will tell.

To be clear, I'm not trying to be critical. I'd be curious in going up to 37's from 35's myself after my tread wears in a few years (i'm at 10k on 50k mile tires). But I am interested to know if there's a point where that kind of aftermarket work is going to have to be done or if this is just like a "hold my beer" tests for Broncos until folks axles start snapping.

Thank you. How do you climb in? I’m 5.6 1/2” I have a hard time with my regular bronco SAS. This is like a monster truck. 5’5 isn’t short.
It's funny, I'm 6'3" and standing next to it, I might have more of a grunt to get in than somebody like Claire, who can literally just jump in. My sas I just back the truck in, it's right there, just the right height.
