This is something new that they're trying. Add a comment to the video complaining about it and if enough people agree with you they won't do it again. It's not something that they regularly do.
Probably a one time thing since they were both going out at the same time. I didn't see anything particularly unusual about it.

MORR is wonderful! Such a friendly group of folks. I feel like I've learned some recovery basics just by watching their content

funny how Matt is wearing a just short sleeve shirt, day or night, in the snow, at high altitude !!
In one of his videos, he explained how he consciously developed a mindset to fight off cold--a kind of disciplined denial of his sensory input. I'm sure there are limits to that, but he puts himself into a "I-don-t-feel-it" mind warp.
I was brought up in a religion (Christian Science) that utilizes that mental rigor, but I don't recommend it. I've had injuries and illnesses that should have been treated, but weren't. But the ability to "deny" hunger, fatigue, and pain served me well in Vietnam.

Casey Ladelle of Cascade Heavy Rescue had a video recently of the recovery of propane truck.

After the recovery, the recovery team asked more than once if the propane guy wanted them to drive it the rest of the way out. He declined and drove it himself. He slid of the the road and rolled it.

Knowing your limitations is a good thing.

In addition to learning how to rescue other vehicles, the most important thing I've learned from watching the various Utah recovery crews is what NOT to do so that I don't need to get rescued in the first place. More than once while watching one of those I'm muttering "Note to self - don't do that."

Cameras in the wheel wells? I had thought I'd seen a promo video of this. But mine doesn't have them... 😭

If you have cameras on the side mirrors (360 cam), in rock mode there's a view that shows the front tires. Pretty handy in certain places.

Throw it in rock crawl mode, and when the camera switches on, you can push the "options" button on the top left (hamburger menu) and switch it to a view of the front tires.
Super handy for helping place your tires where you want them.

I don't have a picture handy and couldn't find a good one on Google, sorry.
