Just tires:

Ford Bronco Bronco Sasquatch suspension parts (shocks & springs) price quoted at $1300 from dealer parts department E520820C-30C8-42D0-A20B-B3E3BF77E15A

Really hoping the Badlands Sasquatch (2.7 auto) takeoffs fix the rake on my Black Diamond (2.3L manual). Rear tire looks smaller. Pretty wild. I’ve seen this in other photos - it’s less noticeable in person. Just would like the wheel well spacing to even out.

@kodiakisland - rereading this thread in preparation of swap this weekend. What’s this you say about needing a sawsall to swap in the Camburg trailing arms?

Sawzall is just for the 2dr. That itty bitty gas tank is in the way of just about everything underneath the 2 door.

Rears are in! Fronts tomorrow…and it’s gonna be 22-27°F. Yay.

Looks good. Definitely drop the lower control arm up front to make it easy. Leave the upper alone.

Hey, I have the same build! What tires did you go with?

Toyo AT3 285/75R17. They’re fantastic. Psyched to run them through their paces.

Sharing success swapping the OB with SAS takeoffs. Thank you @flip for leading the charge on this!

I have the same setup as you - what all did you order to do the full swap? Thank you!

Just the struts & wheels. The upper control arms and rear sway bar were the same on the stock OBX setup vs SAS (we confirmed with the part number). I had those all on hand to replace but didn't end up needing to.

The flipside, I probably could afford to do smaller gears and more robust axles now with the bigger tires, but I'm waiting for Ford Performance to put out upgraded parts.

I have a OBX 4 Door 2.7 no tow - does that effect which springs to get? Sorry I am so new to this and I don't want to order the wrong ones!

I matched engine size & tow of the unit from where mine came. If you're riding with a 2.7L, you don't want a set from a 2.3L.

Badlands 2.7L Auto works well on my Black Diamond 2.3L Manual. Alleviated the rake! Super happy with how this turned out. Swap/install was straightforward. @Stage 3 Motorsports video on installing the spacer lift was key. Extremely thankful for that. Alignment tomorrow.

@flip I have noticed some added vibration, which seems to be most noticeable 35-45 mph. Is that just due to the M190 axles and non-sas rack? Or should I be looking at something else?

I rowed through the gears & seems to be consistent not really being specific to one gear or another. Tires are factory balanced & everything is aligned to Ford specific.

Unless there's a bad CV joint or tierod starting to go bad, I'm out of ideas.

Rotate tires and re-assess.
