Mine crashes when I hit the record as well, everything else seems to function. The app has the potential to be pretty cool if they get the kinks worked out.

Just tried that. It allowed me to hit record and then asked me if I wanted to upload the content. Tried it again and it crashed. How do you get the telemetry to show on the camera view?

So I had the crash when you hit record issue and that is fixed by a reinstall.

also the issue of “not supported model” appears to be related to the vehicle not having cell service. I was going through a dead zone and got this error but didn’t have a problem when is was out of the bad spot.
And I figured out that if you recorded with the phone vertically, the overlay is still horizontal on the image so I think the phone has to be horizontal.

No telemetry either, but I was just sitting on the driveway. I will take her out this morning and try it out and see what happens. I will let you know.

how did you get carplay to go full screen. my 2021 12" only goes 2/3 screen..

It was an OTA sofoupdate that happened 4 to 6 weeks ago.

Thought mine was working, but...

When I pull up the video file after stopping the recording, the telemetry is there, the audio is there, but instead of "video" it shows the still image of when I pushed the record button throughout the video...?

Any ideas?

Used it yesterday in the morning and it worked get first try. After a trail stop it was done. No more recording, hit the red button and it would restart app. In the morning it was a white button you pushed and it changed to red. Also my down loaded trails disappeared. I will say the air up and down feature works like a dream. Hope other manufactures take note as would love on the Jeep. Will try more next trip. Hopefully bugs will be worked out.

Finally! Been waiting on this ever since they announced it. Pretty easy to set up, and appeared in CarPlay right away. I've already been playing with the camera feature, and now I'm looking for trails. So far it looks pretty good, I hope it delivers on the promise.

Will you please give me step-by-step instructions for how you set it up? The app works on my phone, and the icon is present in CarPlay, but I keep getting an error message that reads ERROR: APPLINK CONNECTION NOT DETECTED. When I do what it says, absolutely nothing happens. I have followed the instructions provided in "help connecting with sync" to no avail.
