Since the Bronco is based on the Ranger body... What are some of the key differences between the Bronco and the Tremor when it comes to off-roading capabilities and features?

Approach, departure and break over #1. 2.7 and or manual availability #2. Available Advanced Transfer case, 210 front axle and front locker #4. Multi link rear suspension #5. Really crappy tow rating #6 (biggest advantage of Ranger IMO).

That all share quite a bit. The current Bronco is built off a modified “current” Ranger chassis. 2022 Ranger is not “clean sheet” design. It’s been covered in detail, but many of the suspension components on the front end share the same dimensions, motor, transmission (10sp and 2.3l) are shared, looks like brakes are carry over from current models.

Ranger raptor is more comparable as it has the multilink rear end which was likely a test platform for bronco

The next generation Ranger is built on the current generation Ranger as well. It is modified, but shares many of the same parts and dimensions. The “new” 22 or 23 Ranger is not a clean sheet design. Read through the measurements and analysis on fitting 285/70/17 tires . The 20 Ranger and 21 Bronco share almost identical front suspension parts and measurements. They most definitely share major power train and brake components. They Share rear axles, rear locker too. Nothing wrong with it, it’s just not “all new”.

I am considering a Ranger as our next vehicle for my wife in a couple years. I am still debating on need, comfort, cost, etc. F150 or Ranger, both good products.
