Spot on... Got email that I've been changed to 10/10 build week.

It's finally happening... Now these damn interest rates...

To finance, cash, or flip... That is the question.

Howdy, what are you seeing for Interest rates? Most credit unions I’ve seen in my area are offering anywhere from 4-5%. I might put 30% down to get a lower rate.

Whoa... just saw Ford MoCo emailed me last night (Tuesday, 4 Oct) that I've been bumped up from week of 17 October to week of 10 October. No window sticker yet but my status did change from "Order Confirmed" to "In Production". As the man said in Jurassic Park, "Hold on to your butts."

Same... And it's likely just me being stubborn, stingy, and at the same time, disciplined enough to know I don't *need* this vehicle, right now.

Just so used to having 0% loan or no more than 2% interest...

So, when it arrives, taking the whole family (wife and 3 daughters) to really get a feel for it and see if the itch is bad enough.

In the mean time, need to work the numbers on trade, selling toy, and trying to find a lower interest rate.

Otherwise, I'm flipping it.

Definitely not giving it back to the dealer for them to make profit. Especially after this wait.

You are 10/11 or 10/12 blend if you went into production IMHO.

Was 10/10 build but got bumped to 10/17. Sadly, this order was placed Feb 2022. My original reservation/order May 2021 is getting cancelled because I got the email I’d have to reorder for 2023. I wanted to support a small dealership. The big dealership had allocations though so I’m happy to finally get what I ordered!

I wish we knew why some people got bumped up to our week while we got bumped further down the line. No love for Black Diamond folks? Lol

one thing the demand for the bronco has shown us is how crazy ford scheduling is. i don't remember a time before the 6g broncos where anyone outside of ford or dealerships knew how much vehicle builds got bumped around. a real eye opener being able to follow along.

I just checked with Ford chat, and I have a build day of 10/18. I tried remaining quiet before in hopes they would overlook me and not push my build date but that didn’t work! So now I’ll be checking in with chat regularly. Here’s to hoping 10/18 sticks!

You were right! Received my Window Sticker (WS) around noon today (Wed, 5 Oct 22) and I learned that my Blend Date is 11 OCT - just as you estimated. My Bronco will be the 427th in the line of 1,122 getting built on the assembly line that day. Then it will be delivered by convoy. That WS tells you a lot of good info.

My yo yo is broke too, build weeks of 8/22, 8/29, 9/5, 10/3, 10/17, then build days 10/19, 10/20, 10/21. Can’t slip much more and be a MY22, so I’m being cautiously optimistic this one sticks.
