have been waiting for the sway bar for a while
but might have to order from rock jock
was hoping under 1k for most of this stuff

the carli f250 sway bar is $875 at cjc off road
That's without the sway bar end links. It's $1,325 for the bar with the links on the Super Duty. The F250 is a physically larger unit but same components as the bronco bar. The bar, frame drops and arms are the same material. The arms of the Bronco bar are actually MORE refined with the chamfered edge and recessed stainless logo plate. The End links are the same.

Any plans for end links for the sway-bar disconnect folks? May be a stupid question I’m not to familiar with the disconnect set up.

No plans for a disconnect as we're not fans of the function. The balance our bar provides means there's no need to disconnect and reconnect. If you're happy with the on road function of the factory sway bar and don't mind disconnecting, when you're crawling, you can achieve the best of both of those worlds.

When you're cooking down a dirt road, you're going to find you need a sway bar and your factory one is WAY too stiff to let the suspension do it's job without causing a bunch of NVH into the cab; that's where our bar comes in. Our bar shines in all 3 categories - low speed offroad, high speed offroad, and on-road.

Can you use your steering tie rods with other coilovers or is it specific to king shocks?

Yup - our tie-rod system actually goes beyond the travel of the Kings. We had to limit the kings (slightly) to ensure no damage to factory tie-rods.

What steering rack was it tested on 2.0 or 3.0? Also would these tie rods and the broncbuster bushing would be sufficient for most who have the 2.0 rack?

So far, it's been installed on the Hoss 2.0 on our 21 Wildtrack and a 21 First edition. The Hoss 3.0 has the same inner tie rod connection so there's no reason i can think that it would not work BUT, we, of course, need to test it in house before making any statement like this.

As for the bushing - @x250f23x has been working on a Bronze bushing for the Driver's side as long as he's been working on tie-rod system itself. Looks like the one you mentioned is an UMHW (or similar). @x250f23x may be able to speak to that matrerial in this situation. I don't think our bronze one was going to be near that price...

I don't see the buster bushing being an issue if used with our steering system. Until we confirm it tho, its an unknown.

We have developed bronze bearings that sleeve the steering rack rod for the driver and passenger. But, Sage and I are not 100% satisfied yet. They have the potential to be better.

Well, the steering upgrade seems reasonably priced, and it's available separately. Paired with the 74Weld rack, that should cover all the weak points.

So, is there a benefit in going with the Carli sway bar over the Rock Jock Anti-Rock sway bar? They both look very similar in design. What are the differences?

Really, they only share profile as we operate within the same mounting provision so all products will "appear" similar.

Material differences: Our Arms are 3/4" thickness and more refined, our frame brackets are billet, our sway bar end links will be the biggest difference.

We both use similar bars in terms of quality but the overall refinement of the Carli product is noticeable in just the pictures on the site. Their sway bar end links are a standard overseas ball joint design and the bottom uses a clevis to adapt to the arm. We use our in house machined, greasable 17-4 stainless end links with stainless pins and bronze wear surfaces (that are completely rebuildable) and designed them for exact-fit to the bronco application so no adapters are needed and best fit is achieved overall.

We don't have a million miles on anything we built for the Bronco yet; from a longevity standpoint, it would be touch to argue that our design intent wouldn't reap both longevity and performance benefit. Each customer will need to decide if these refinements are worth the cost increase.
