Curious - for anyone that put in their order and received the ford confirmation email, then went to the dealer and changed their order... did you receive a new email confirmation?

I made the request to dealer and he said he'd work on it. Just wondering how long till I bug him again. If I got the email confirmation again, at least I'd know it was done successfully. But I guess that doesn't happen...

Yes I did . I went from a B.D to a B.L. and got confirmation in 10 mins . Peace of mind.

I'm not sure how any of this works. I think the best we can have is good communication from the dealership and for someone on there end that can answer questions. This is something that is getting harder to fine not sure why. Good luck with the prospect.

Speaking of Ford emails, didn't that PowerPoint presentation denote Feb 15 as "Welcome to the family" email day? I can't find that screenshot though...

I put in my order and got an email confirmation from Ford but the dealership messed up the storage bags and then fixed my order and resubmitted my order but I never received another email confirmation from Ford. I would say they only send out then initial one.

No. I just received a new order printout while I was at the dealership.

Nope no 2nd email. Same deal - first time Jan. 8 dealer screwed up - wrong trim (Badlands) wrong build - got email no. 1 - went back Feb. 6 - worked out the right build - got confirmation printouts (WBDO screenshots) - Ford web-site updated to correct trim (OBX) - shows in store order with Jan. 28 date - but no 2nd e-mail - called Ford a couple of times and all they could tell me is that the web-page shows an OBX order - so I guess I gotta believe its in - seems like they aught to have a better conf. process for a $50k sale ...

I think the graphic changed BUT my original res was for a BB and at first after I placed my BD order it took a few days to chang over to the BD graphic. I checked a few days after swapping to BL so I’m not sure how long it took
