Looks good. Entry shape is better than my Isuzu. Bonus feature is not having a bar above your head with the top off. You can actually stand up to buckle them in.

Side note: Whoever did this photoshoot must not have kids. You put the kid on the passenger side, so they can see you while you're driving. ;)

This makes me sad for those who have to deal with this. RIP Bronco, that crib midget is going to destroy that back seat area.

So I guess due the drain plugs the floors are not even? Even if you throw a floor mat over top to even it out you may step on the section that has a dip in it?

The Bronco mats I have seen in a few videos are shaped on the back to fit this area. The drain plugs may be great dealing with the kids. Some are afraid of bathtub drains, etc... if the kids are misbehaving, threaten that you are going to pull the plug.

How much would it actually hurt them to get a useful angle on these pictures? Like a sideways look at the distance between the front of the child seat and the front seat.

Child seats have cups holders? I'm jelly. I guess that's how you get the extra 2 cupholders then to make it 8.

How so? They are physically separated from their siblings and sit inboard from the window glass (fingerprints). Add the washout interior and it looks like a win to me.

The Early Bronco had this design 55 years ago, all it would require for the 2 door would be a flip-back headrest, a latch and a hinge at the front of the base. Why does it seem like we are moving backwards in interior design user-friendliness as cars get more technically advanced?

Edit: I hope an aftermarket producer comes up with a solution to cover up those back seat grills. I will have to tape a piece of cardboard up there to keep dog hair, food, crayons, sand and dirt from the bottom of shoes and probably boogers from getting in there. Again, what were they thinking?
“back seat grills”???

It keeps its feet off of the seat or else it gets the hose to meet

I would rather get kicked in the nuts than try to put little kids/babies in and out of car seats in the back of a 2 door SUV.

If they are old enough to climb up (3 or 4 years and up) no problem. My 3.5 year old is real close to climbing in herself, but our expedition is a little too tall/big. She can get in the Volvo herself.

But having a little one and having to get them in and out of this would be miserable.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all infants and toddlers ride in a rear-facing car seat until they are 2 years of age or until they are a certain height/weight. Strapping an infant into the two-door will be an adventure - probably have to bring 'em in through the cargo area!
