I’m considering full body XPEL PPF. I’m close to their HQ where they do installs and collabs and train other installers. Why not go directly to the source?
I’m wondering if anyone has experience with XPEL, either installed from them directly or another installer. Did you get the whole vehicle wrapped?
I’m considering the full wrap. I do plan on taking the hardtop off somewhat frequently (I have twice this month). I’m curious from real world experience how it holds up on both the top panels, doors and body going through multiple removals and reinstalls.
Also, how does it look around decals? I have the 60th anniversary stripe and he said it would have a slight air gap around the decal.
I do plan on some light off-roading about half a dozen times or so each year. My son would say sissy-trails
… nothing where I’m going to risk rolling, but I will be out exploring the Hill country and TX trails. More than a mall crawler, but the Sasquatch is admittedly overkill. Still, between that and the constant construction in TX, I think paint protection is necessary or accepting repaints is a given.
Any experience, recommendations or regrets with XPEL or other PPF is appreciated!
