Not without having the order number and Vin number of the incoming vehicle. If it's not an ordered vehicle you will have to rely on the dealer being transparent with their orders.

On my dealership’s website some vehicles’ status in their inventory will be “In Transit” but that might also include customer orders too.

I know add a lot of dealerships that process is automated. It will often show sold vehicles on the website inadvertently. It's hard directly in to the inventory management system.

You could always add your name to a list at a dealership. Early days when I was looking, a few dealerships took my name and number in the event they had a cancellation come in. I actually received a couple calls back, however nothing interested me compared to what I had on order.

Yea in transit vehicles are generally added automatically and if it's a customer vehicle they'll go in and remove it from the public view.
