Is your engine head and coolant temp higher due to the intercooler being in the way releasing its heat in front of the radiator?
Is that extra heat at these locations not a concern?

No. Haven't noticed any difference in coolant temperatures.
Intercoolers in front of radiators are really nothing new. Lots of vehicles have similar setups without issue.

I can also back that up. I live in the hot south and coolant temps are no different in the summer months.

Which hidden winch are you looking at? I was thinking about doing one also now that I have all the room
The Hammer Built hidden winch setup. I haven't had any issues with my Rough Country mount, but it limits the clearance some, etc.

Probably won’t work for me unfortunately, because I have nowhere to relocate my ACC module to.

I know this is pretty normal, I asked since I noticed on your pictures that these temperatures rose while the others fell.
Still within acceptable range, it’s just something I noticed.

One recording the Bronco was just running for a little longer, that's the only difference in coolant temperature. Coolant temperature will always rise when you do a long WOT pull. As you can see it goes up on both recordings, not just the high mount

Hoping for a Raptor version. Sounds like more complicated packaging/flow paths.

Yeah I would agree a little more complicated with the dual inlets. Should still be doable though with the right design.

Are you seeing the fan on more often or longer to keep things cool? Also, do you have to remove the shutters?

No not at all. There’s really no need for it to come on more often because the temperature isn’t climbing faster or getting any hotter than it always has.

But yes, the shutters have to be completely removed.

But those vehicles have cooling systems designed to handle the extra heat from an inter-cooler being in front of the radiator.

With as cheap as Ford has become, I wouldn't be surprised that they gave the Bronco "just" enough cooling for the stock setup.
