I wouldn’t buy another product from them ever again. Some of their products are manufactured with the wrong specs and when called out on it they just point the finger at someone else and don’t accept responsibility. Customer service is horrible and their tech department and engineers are a joke. Google CV Fab fitment issues and you will see this across other ford models they make parts for as well.
Have multiple products from them without any issues, couldn’t be happier with the quality and service.

Can’t speak for your issue as I don’t have their charge pipes, but I know others with the same charge pipes and no issues.

To each their own 🤷‍♂️

I just want to add I have the same CVF charge pipes and no bov issues. Everything fits great and I'm tuned through ZFG. The thing rips now!

Probably won’t work for me unfortunately, because I have nowhere to relocate my ACC module to.
Ever figure out ACC sensor mounting?

Nah, I kind of gave up on that. I just don't see anywhere you would be able to relocate the ACC to with this intercooler.

Sorry about a late response on this. But if you have a 2.3 set of CVF charge pipes and try to install a fixed (BOV ) like TurboSmart it will not seat in the pipe correctly. If you are using the OE BOV that is a plunger type BOV so while it does work I can tell you that it stays partially open at all times. I ordered pipes from AFE as well and the same thing. Now AFE said they knew about the issue and made a special pipe for me where they milled the port down an extra 1.1 mm. If you have a 2.7 set of pipes I am not sure if they have the same issues. But if you google TurboSmart BOV won’t fit CVF charge pipes you will see multiple times this has happened. I attached a picture to show the gap where the TurboSmart BOV bottoms out and can’t be tightened down anymore. Also TurboSmart knows about this issue as well and tried everything to help but they couldn’t make up for the incorrect milling issue.

CVF has a fix coming next month. Email them to get a replacement hot side pipe. I have a TS BOV on my CVF charge pipes, but hard to use a machine washer as a spacer.

So I've been spending the day installing the cvf hight mount IC and pipes in mine. Was going smooth until i realized I didn't have anything to hook the pipes to the IC. Seen that Ducati had used 45s. I was thinking they had resolved that with aftermarket pipes (also cvf) based of website saying it is compatible with aftermarket pipes. So now I'm waiting a few days for some 45s. Hope I remember how it all came apart when it's time to put back together. 🤣🤣 Also was briefly confused with the factory quick connect fittings till I realized they only are to be used on factory IC.

Two of the same ones (2.75x6 45°) or are they different?
I used 2 of the same ones.
I have the Mishimoto charge pipes, so not sure if you’ll need different sizes, YMMV.
Even still, the 45 degree angle isn’t perfect, but it’s very close and wasn’t difficult to get them to work.

Gotcha. I’ve got CVF charge pipes, but it’s been awhile since I looked at their arrangement. Hoping to minimize time between teardown and reassembly, not waiting on the mail

Howdy did you have a chance to see if a hidden winch from Hammer built fits?

It should fit no problem for any Bronco without ACC.

But if you have ACC, you’ll have nowhere to move your radar module with this intercooler, so that wouldn’t work.

I kinda want to take my front apart and examine your pictures with where I put the ACC using the ADD bracket when I put on my bumper.
