Do you call your Bronco a car or truck?

My XJ Cherokee isn't really a car or truck, so I just call it 'Jeep'. But it's not the typical Wrangler Jeep, so some people don't get it. That's not my problem!
If'n I ever get my Bronco, I'll just call it 'Bronco'.

I called my JKUR a Jeep - never a car, never a truck. “Go get in the Jeep”, “Get the groceries out of the Jeep”, etc.

So now after 12 years, I am learning to say “Bronco”.

I usually end up naming all my vehicles and when referring to one of them I’ll generally use the current name, model or year of the vehicle; e.g., Bronc, Bronco or 22.

A dog with no legs. I've learned that it doesn't matter what you call it, it's pointless. The damn thing won't come to you regardless of what you call it.

Friends/Co-workers been calling it car, truck or Bronco.
DMV on the other hand, calling it SUV

Truck, and SUV both are better descriptors, but Car ? Not in any of the universes I inhabit would a Bronco be considered a car. I do find the station Wagon label an intersting throw back term though.

My wife started calling it a truck until I pointed out that my Ram 1500 Hemi is a truck. Now she calls it the Bronco. I call it my precious when she isn't around.

I think technically (by definition) the Two doors are a "car" and a four door is an "SUV". None of them are trucks.

It's an SUV. It's plastered all over Ford's website. That said, I'll call it a truck over a car any day. Mostly I refer to it as a Bronco.

The State of Michigan calls it a station wagon...

Purchased new in MI (temp said station wagon) and then registered in PA... So now I have a PA station wagon

It is a body on frame though, and most bodies on frame are considered a truck platform.

I'd say probably 80% of the time I say bronco, then mostly my car. I have occasionally caught my self saying truck but that feels weird to me.

Most people that have given me compliments either say nice bronco or thats a nice truck so who knows lol
