1) stock UCA’s. You will need an alignment as it changes your camber quite a bit. It aligned just fine with stock UCA. Be sure and replace every nut you take off or use lock tight and re-torque everything after some miles.
2) 35’s
3) Permanent, for way better articulation off road. Does effect on-road cornering negatively but we don’t care because it’s not a daily driver. Now that I’m used to it without the sway bar I don’t notice it’s gone but I’m not road racing. We just did Million Dollar Highway in CO and it cornered fine.
Just to piggyback here, the stock UCAs are excellent. They will still align with quite a bit of lift. As long as they align and do not limit downward travel, you can keep them. I'm running a bit more lift on my stock UCAs and have had no issues for 35K miles.

Bumping with a follow up question. I got an alignment after installing my 2.0s. I have the rears 3 threads up from the bottom and the fronts about 10 to get it fairly level with about 1/2" of rake. I didn't want to lift the front too much to get it totally leveled, and am happy with the stance.

My alignment is close but not perfect. Apparently this is as close as he could get it. It also took him an hour and a half. Everything is OEM other than the Eibachs.

A friend explained why this happened, but Im confused why I keep reading that the OEM CAs should be able to maintain a good alignment within the amount of lift that I have. The nitty gritty of the alignment specs is sort of over my head, although I understand what each one "means". Would ya'll be happy with this alignment?

I would want camber at zero and a little more caster. My alignment guy had no trouble getting my Alignment dead on and even added extra camber at my request. It’s at 4°. now. My height settings are almost identical to yours. Actually my front is a little higher.
you can look at the adjusters on your lower control arm and see if they are maxed out.

Just got back from the alignment shop, I was pretty close going in, which surprised me since I needed to disconnect and rotate the steering wheel during the process of installing the UCAs.

Overall, I have less caster than Fordified1 has, but everything was able to get in spec with the Zone UCAs. The only reading out of spec was toe when I brought it in.

Compared to the non-sasquatch Badlands suspension, this is really soft, extremely soft. I also have a lot more body roll, some of which is due to me disconnecting the sway bar. The vehicle remains very controllable, but feels a little too plush, but I assume off-road this will be very welcome as the Bilstein's were rather stiff.

Hopefully, I will get it off-road tomorrow and really feel what it's like in the dirt.

Plush is a good term for them. You’ll get used to the body roll. See you tomorrow!

Honestly… from reading your posts the last year or so I never assumed you sounded so hillbilly-ish. Kinda funny how we create impressions based on incomplete info. Never made that leap from your written word. Not that it matters.

Cool vids! Thx for sharing.

How's the on-road bump stiffness? Do you feel a lot of micro bumps? And pothole type bumps, how's it handle that?

It’s super soft, So better. Potholes and speed bumps are where it really shines on-road. A speed bump that I would normally slow down to 10 mph for I will hit at double that speed now.

That's beautiful. Just what I needed to hear. Going to be saving up for these and installing hopefully later this year. Thanks!!

Did you get the heavy duty springs or the normal springs btw?

Regular. Mine is a 2.3 automatic four-door with a Fab Fours front bumper and a winch. I have the front adjusters about halfway up the threads and the rear adjusters about 2 threads from the bottom. It definitely squats when I tow..

Good to know! While I do have the tow package, I never plan to use it for more than a bike rack or a tie down for a kayak on the roof. I have a 4dr wildtrak so I'm sure I'll be alright in terms of squat. Thanks a ton for the info!!!

Would you measure total front + rear wheel travel?

I haven't found the rear shock extended/compressed numbers either.

There is a suspension geometry thread here somewhere that has those numbers on it. I don’t know how I would ever compress mine all the way I have an extended number for the rear shocks somewhere on that thread and I measured distance to the snubber.

When was the last time you were at HF? Roads are a mess after all those rains. There are deep ruts and one area has a boulder in the middle that wasn't there before. All the 1,2 &3 rated trails are now 4,5 &6's. And those are 7, 8 & 9's.
