You could just add a little socket to the bumper and stick a fiberglass rod in it. The for the 99% of the time you aren't risking running into things just take the rods out and stick them under the back seat or whatever.I won't likely use them as intended, however they are a great way to mark the front corners in tight places. I will leave them and use them for spotting. Like an FJ you won't be able to see the front corners from the driver's seat. I had an ARB bumper with the "roo-guard" that I could see. It was a big help. You may end up liking them.
