So how do you have build dates when Ford isn't releasing that info until May?I work for Ray Price Stroud Ford and Lincoln in Northeast PA. I am the Bronco Specialist for the store.
This build date is for my Stores Mannequin....So how do you have build dates when Ford isn't releasing that info until May?
Is the 1st retail order about 2020 orders? While not a perfect predictor, I have some insight on when the first Retail Broncos might get shipped.
We have two Mannequin Broncos that 'Should' get produced before retail orders. One is estimated to be built in the week of 5/17/21 and another in the week of 5/31/21. A safe guess is that those will take 4 weeks to show up at our store, so assume the last one will arrive late June.
I'm not sure where our mannequins fall in line compared to other dealers production timeline. But guess that ours is closer to the end of the line. That puts really late June or first part of July as the start of retail order delivery.
Just thought I'd pass that along.
Do they really take a whole month from the time they’re built to get to your dealership? While not a perfect predictor, I have some insight on when the first Retail Broncos might get shipped.

This is for a mannequin. Dealerships are getting these made before retail builds and they are to be used for promotional purposes for at least 7 months. Totally different set of rules compare to you and I.So how do you have build dates when Ford isn't releasing that info until May?
Depends where the dealership is. MAP to San Francisco is about three weeks from gate release to on my lot.Do they really take a whole month from the time they’re built to get to your dealership?
So my dealer couldn't find any information when he was placing my order for including the slide out tailgate or the swing gate tray table. Would you have any information regarding those two items? Thanks for all your information. While not a perfect predictor, I have some insight on when the first Retail Broncos might get shipped.

There are no 2020 orders. Reservations started in mid-July 2020, but the order window only opened in 2021. The reservations that were converted to orders by the first order window deadline (3/19/21) were for 21MY and 22MY vehicles. Is the 1st retail order about 2020 orders?
I love fall and winter wheeling. That's a great time for deliveryMy realistic date is still by Oct 1
Why do they call them mannequins when they are perfectly capable at running and driving? I would think a mannequin would be one that didn't have a drivetrain like some of the car show concepts. They should be called dealer display vehicles. While not a perfect predictor, I have some insight on when the first Retail Broncos might get shipped.
