Ford Performance ProCal Calibration install issue

[StreetTuff]

Download the pro cal software, then connected to the Bronco and save the stock cal, then disconnected the tuner and connect back to the computer. There is no prompt or option to save the backup and download the calibration. Everything shows that it is connected. not sure what else to try.

Make sure the procal has fully updated or it may not work. Seems like mine updated 2-3 times before it was ready. I had mine for quite awhile waiting on the 2023 calibration to be released though.
