Stick with C rated for Bronco. These aren't heavy towing diesels.

Happy with my BFGs from Discount Tire. Upgraded from Badlands stock to 315/70r17. You'll be happy with these and they (can) balance well.

I've run E rated KO2s on my Jeep and Bronco. I usually air down to 28 psi but never had an issue with wear or ride. It was the first change I made on my Bronco.

I have around 18k on them and they still look great. At the same time, I am not an overly aggressive driver and don't take corners like I'm an Indy racer.

On my Jeep I got 50k on them and still had tread when I sold it.

I've used Cooper's, Goodyear, Nitto but really like the experience with the BFGs. I have heard of people having issues balancing some BFGs but not for me and I've been through at least 3 sets in my life.

Everyone has an opinion and I don't expect mine to hold any value but since you asked.... LOL

Do you have to install a lift to go to 35s from the stock 32s?

Not on a badlands. It's already lifted between standard and sasquatch from the factory. Just need to remove the crash bars. I think my stocks are 33s tho.

Hello I am looking for 35" tires for my wheels and I was wondering if anyone is running the Load Range C Ford Performance BFG K02 315/70/17. They are just shy of 35" but have the stock load range which I think will keep my ride quality. The only other options really are to go up to a Load Range D or E.

There is also a Jeep version in this size but it has a lower S speed rating.

Does anyone have experience with these Ford Performance tires or a different recommendation for mainly road use and ride quality? (Dont say buy an explorer)
My trail guide at the Off-Roadeo highly recommended these. But tirerack.com has them for $271.

That is tirerack. Must be a size difference? Are you looking at 35s?

Their mileage isn’t great, I’m at 25k miles and they’ll most likely need to be replaced in 10k-15k more miles.
What I have found is, the high mileage rated tires lose their grip long before the tread is worn , so in the wet or winter you get to slide everywhere.

It's a trade off I'm happy with , I know many don't agree. I really prefer my tire performance to be pretty stable for the life of the tire.

I ended up going with the 315/70/17 FP Raptor tires. The stock BFG on my badlands have been great.
