Filing this under, "cool story bro."

I gave up holding my breath long ago for my MY21 Bronco that had a build week like 8 million years ago (per Ford Email hamster wheel).....

At this point no Bronco news gets me excited, happy, or angry. I have come to the realization that my Ford Bronco is simply a figment of my imagination that cost me $1100.00.

If I ever get it, great. If not, then great. I have come to the conclusion that the $1100 I gave Ford was payment for a poster and a hammock.
You have 11 reservations? Or you have one order and the dealer has your deposit?

I'd speculate that's a good sign, but where the back halfs?

Are they replacing the front sections in the field then running them through a line for back half?
Possibly implies that only the fronts were flawed?

My guess is the front panels are easy to do, so they sent teams out to do that. The mid panel is awkward for one person and the cap is over 100 pounds so they probably have to do that in the mod shop per safety yada yada.

Fingers crossed that my wildtrak finally gets off the mountain. Was a 6/25 build date with 7/12 blend date.

What is your Blend #? Mine was also on 7/12

I think it's time for some serious RECON by the folks who live close to MAP and Dirt Mountain!
If I could get over the damn border, I'd be there

Don’t forget the ”bracket vs no bracket” on the 2-door clamshell. I am very interested to see if the replacement 2-door tops come with a bracket to screw it to the B pillar.
I'm glad you brought that up....I recall seeing coupl'a pictures here, but not sure I fully understood that issue. Not having a Bronco yet to look at. I was never clear on what/where that bracket attached.

Do you mind re-framing the issue?

You know what’s funny,, remember the original dirt mountain pictures taken from a random industrial building roof! LOL

LOL yeah I can see GM's new HummerEV commercial.

"Our new Hummer leaves the competition at the base of mountains."

Some nice responses from a couple MAP employees in the Facebook bronco6x group. Seems they are working nonstop to clear these Broncos! Too much to try to copy and paste on here from my phone sorry, link below.
EDIT: for those that don’t want to go through comments, some key points…

- rework is being done at mod center
- they have dedicated teams working day and night on clearing these
- tops began arriving this week
- they look the same as the good V1’s at MAP(a lot of problems like delamination and honeycomb happened after QA I guess)
- all hands on deck, as the one individual said he’s working his production shift then helping on tops
- private company is shuttling cars so they really don’t know where they’re coming from, so can’t give numbers from DM
- these employees are clearly working overtime and then some, and at least one has a Bronco on DM, so they feel the pain personally!

Well hell..... I had already accepted the November thing, with every belief that it'd really be December. I dunno if I'm ready for mine yet. Built 6/29, but wasn't going to commit to new wheels until October, I gotta get my life together now.

There are 3,000 Ford dealers in the US alone. With all the sold orders, at the rate they are building them there will never be one sitting on the lots to buy. Then add the roof issue. Do the math, it ain't pretty.
