Most likely those vehicles are waiting on train.

I spoke with a Ford rep yesterday, they are seeing large delays on rail. He said taking average 8-12 weeks for shipping after being built to arrive at dealership.

You can thank the lack of railroad workers for the pile of Broncos. You can also thank the railroad companies for working those workers to death.

Our dealer has been selling used Canadian Broncos. My daughter bought a '22 BD with around 9000 miles on it . I saw others with similar mileage... The exchange rate? Is Ford making money this way also, or easing supply?

Dealers make money on used, not FoMoCo.

Normal for any line ( or manufacturer). Can be there for something simple like a seat part, reflash on module, trim etc. And of course, shipping problems can do that.
