Maybe. From the technical end you are far more in touch than I am. I was mostly on the "Make sure you use some "robust" large current capacity connectors on each end of your truck. That way you can put your winch on both sides".That connector looks good but I'm concerned about the silver contacts, however the connector looks similar to the Warn and Bulldog ones. Those do not list the contact type of finish. The safest bet is the standard boaters trick, always coat all your electrical connector pins and connections with dielectric grease, including 4 and 7 pin trailer light connectors or winch connectors. Otherwise, moisture will tarnish the contacts and you will lose electrical connection or reduce your amperage due to resistance.
