Y'all asked for it, so here is our offering for a solution to use the hardtop and the mesh at the same time! Will work for the 4 Door and 2 Door!

NOTICE: This will require drilling into two of your hardtop twist locks.

Installation is very easy. Basically, you will remove the 2 centermost twist locks and install our stainless steel plate add-on. The mesh will have two grommet holes for an 8mm T-handle Allen wrench to pass through. You will use the Allen wrench as a "key" to twist the locks to open and close.

Your top warranty is most likely void now.


Kit contents:

• Left stainless plate
• RIght stainless plate
• 2x M4 nut and bolt set

*Long 8MM t-handle wrench will be available separately, still sourcing them....

Installation:
Time 10mins

-Remove front panels

-Remove twist lock from the panel with your Bronco OEM tool kit.

-Please plate over the twist lock (clamp it in place) and drill two 4mm (3/16") holes through the holes in the plate

-Install provided M4 nut and bolt through the plate into the handle

-Reinstall the twist lock into the panel

Operation:

Full instructions will be added to our site soon.

*Removal of the front center bungee and clips is necessary while the hardtop is on. When you remove the panels, reinstall the bungee and clips.

The remaining twist locks and latches will be accessible from the edge of the mesh.

Interesting. I thought it was just for those that have the soft top. So, are there any modifications or any leaks when the hard top is on? Would you mind displaying a picture please? Thank you.

Update: I did see in the installation instructions that they do show how to attach it on a 4-door HT.

Our mesh top has several advantages over the OEM one. Our weave is a little tighter so that means less light gets to the top of your head. Our top lays tighter than the OEM version. Theirs has to be a little loose for all the "crazy zippers", so it can be easily zipped back up. We also offer custom digital printing, right on the mesh. Almost no limitations! A few years ago a lady ordered a custom print top for her jeep. She sent us an image to print. It was her dog, laying in the surf, at a beach at sunset.

We started with a version for the soft top Bronco. We had a TON of interest for a version for the hardtop, that could be used without removing the mesh to access the twist locks. So this is our solution.
