Poor Lance put up with a LOT from us (order changes, signed agreements, is that transport I just passed with Broncos going to you so I can look at that one as soon as it rolls off?, Bronco stalking constantly, make sure this, make sure that, IS IT HERE YET?, test drives, etc)- we were a mess, ha ha. But he was always awesome & always smiling. And called her the second the transport was pulling in. They stuck to the negotiated price, and already had the price protection applied. We were so excited when it finally got here earlier this month!

I'd like to thank Patrick D. at Wickstrom Ford in Barrington, Illinois. Also Stephen F. at Ford/Lincoln in Franklin, Tennessee for their outstanding service. I placed my order at Wickstrom with the MSRP promise...which was honored without any drama. I ended up moving before delivery and while I couldn't change dealerships, my two salesmen coordinated having my Bronco delivered to TN. I closed with Wickstrom and picked up my rig in TN.
