Hard top rippled / cracking!
5 including the factory on my 2022 Outer Banks and now going in for replacement on my 2024. No more till they get it right.
Hopefully it will be an easy warranty claim for you, but I have similar issues and my dealership advised ford corporate has stopped paying them for hardtop repairs and my dealership is refusing to complete any more hardtop repairs until ford starts paying them for the repairs. I was hoping it would be an easy warranty claim based on what I have read of many others with the issue, but it has been dragging on over a month with no progress.My bronco wildtrak has less than 4k on it and the hard top is already starting to ripple and it’s not even been taken off yet or off road! Has anyone else had this problem?

How long are people waiting for the warranty approval from ford?? I’m going on a week. It’s driving me crazy
Mine was approved and ordered same day. Arrived two days later. At one week, it was replaced.

Damn dealership I took mine too is giving me the BS.
