Has anyone attempted to waterproof the Ford cargo enclosure?

Hello all - Just wondering g if anyone has attempted to waterproof the Ford cargo enclosure or has any ideas. I guess it would involve fabricating panels for the left and rights sides, along with the rear of the enclosure and then sealing it all at the top and bottom?
