Should I get a Ford Cargo Enclosure

Considering the Ford Cargo enclosure --- I have a Softtop so worried about walk by thief --Any Pros and Cons would be helpful

It's awesome. I absolutely love it. Very secure, but at the end of the day nothing is 100% secure.

Does it limit space yes, is it super useful yes. Spent two weeks with the top and doors off and it worked perfectly. It also provides a nice finished look.

Obviously if they want it they are going to get it but they would need a crowbar or they would need to break the door.

Almost pulled the trigger on this with my Ford pass points until I found out the back panel doesn’t fold. I fold down my rear seats all the time for extra cargo space and this won’t allow me that extra space anymore. Went ahead and ordered the Diabolical Slipstream last night instead.

Obviously I am biased but this enclosure with the opening top works great for me. Secure storage with the soft top up or down. Lots of Molle to attach stuff… second thought.. it will make you buy more stuff. Great use of the Ford Pass points!

Did the enclosure come with the struts to lift the top? I dont see anything mentioning them in the product page.

I got the ford one for my 2 door. Wife's excited because she was always worried when going to the beach and putting her phone and purse or other valuables out of site when cruising or parked. I put it in doesn't rattle at all. Will work for me. Mine doesn't have a lift top like the one above. I believe he put the struts on himself.

I like that it breaks down easily if you have something tall to put in the back.

Tall in the back…..or drop a seat and open the locking hatch for something Long. (Ski’s, shovel, etc)

The raised lid enclosure for the 4-door does include the struts.

Do you have a picture of where is seals to tailgate? I have the JCR Table coming I'm looking for clearance
