a 1 week shutdown is not a 'full production halt'

if they stop the line and stop work at the individual stations for five minutes, it is a full production halt. There is no minimum time limit for it to be halted. Are you claiming a full production halt only occurs when they stop building the vehicle until 12 minutes past the end of time? If they stopped for 19 years and started up again, that is not a full production halt in the 19 year interim? It would be interesting to see how your internal logic works because it is...unique in my experience.

The implication from the OP's post was that everything was getting stopped, on a semi-permanent basis. I see from your signature there that you're a construction engineer, so you probably deal in literals as part of your job daily. Rest assured, it wasn't meant as a literal any more than implying that simply because a person is holding their breath, that because they're not breathing, clearly, they're dead.
