I'm still deciding on what color I want to get and saw this video:

Is the reflection from the hood as bad as it is in this video? Does it bother anyone? I think it would bother me after about 10 seconds of driving and my eyes would keep trying to ignore it but I would just end up glancing at it even more.

Would some colors have less reflection? I'm deciding between Iconic Silver, Cyber Orange and Red Hot Pepper.

You don't really notice it, but every now and then you'll get a glint front the trail sight bump.

TBH, ive never noticed any glare other than that.

Carbonized grey here. No issues.

Never really noticed it on mine. Vendors sell different vinyl graphics that apply to the hood bulge if it is an issue. A matte or flat black would cut down the glare.

Many of us have the hood decal that covers the bump. Since I upgraded to a ram air hood, I have noticed the glare. When I have a chance to make a template of my new hood bump a new decal is going on similar to the one I had.

I'm 6'2" and never noticed it on my cyber orange, certainly not while looking higher and further ahead while driving it,.....but almost anything metal and shiny can probably give off some reflection in certain lighting conditions

;-) I mean a little bit of mud and dust and you'll never notice it :)

No more than any other vehicle I have owned. It’s gonna happen when the vehicle is shiny and the sun hits just right. I would say that my watch blinds me more than my hood.

That is not the view you see from the seat. I can basically just see my trail sights and a touch of the hood. Im relatively short but I can't imagine it being too much worse for someone taller. I have never heard anyone complain.
