Recently scored a MORRFlate FIVESIX Pro and was wondering what type of bag/case everyone hauls around their portable compressor in

I have a TenSix and it came with a soft sided bag that's shaped like a box. If I didn't have it, I'd just find a cheap duffle bag. Something big enough for the compressor, power and air leads. Or maybe some plastic box just big enough to store it all compactly. For me, it' the hoses that take up the most space.

I have the ford performance single compressor, it came in, what looks like, a tackle box, with enough room for hose and gauge, and my 400 watt inverter.

I’m going with the arb spare tire mount system. It’s expensive but it utilizes a dead space and doesn’t take up any cargo room. One less thing I have to remember to secure with tops off. Molle panel for the hose or toss it under the cargo floor. That part I haven’t decided on yet.

I currently have a M18 Milwaukee, I just toss it in the back when I go wheeling. I have a bigger battery charged up and ready to go.

I plan to get a ARB single, with the AAL mount for the tailgate. Just waiting for a few things before I pull the trigger.

I’ve looked at that as well. I do like how it’s inside the tailgate vs outside. I need to check the cfm differences and duty cycles.
I run an arb twin as the heart of my oba system on my pickup and it’s been amazing. I have air bags, 5 gallon tank, air chuck at the rear bumper and of course train horns. All tucked away neatly underneath. I keep a rigid 50’ kink free hose under my rear seat and I can hit all truck and trailer tires with it. I’ve used that system so much airing up equipment tires, running air tools and blowing out the bed and floorboard areas.

I carry two loosely in the back of the car like a couple of coins you hear rolling around in your car from time to time but can't find.

My Milwaukee M18 and batteries remain in the boxes and kept in an Instacrate for protection and ease of loading.

I understand the convenience of an under hood mount. I just worry that the exposure to engine heat, water intrusion and cold temps when not running will ultimately shorten the pump’s life.
