We settled on the $1K refundable deposit, which I think is more than fair to both parties. Thanks for everyone’s help! But the more important issue at hand... I have an order! So excited.

I’m negotiating my deposit amount this Friday and want to be armed with good information. Trying to see what the “highs” and “lows” are and guesstimate an average amount. Thanks for your help!

Heck, I even ended up not paying the $100 reservation fee.
