Do you have a tow hitch? Get one of these- They swing under the bumper for storage, rated at like 500lbs. Bronco Rik has one for his giant dog. That cable is not part of it. That is an outdoor leash.

Have this, can confirm it works like a charm

@Murfman (Platform with a ramp under it) Has a good idea there, but if you go with a ramp, it's not going to be long enough unless you get one that telescopes, I have a 72" and go to the side doors and that's a bit steep, and wouldn't fit under a platform in the back.

I can't think anything that isn't gonna take some setup every time you load or unload the furry ones

Add a 2" "level kit" to the front, you'll have the Carolina squat going, but no problem loading the pups. No need to thank me........

I must say, this is the best pre-made solution I've seen.

I lift my English Mastiff in to the back of mine. She helps by getting her front paws in the back, and I only need to lift the back half. Probably only 65% of her weight, so 130 lbs, or so.
That's how I used to get my last one in. Cisco was 181 pounds.

OK folks I need a little help here. I have two large dogs and I’m waiting on my four-door Sasquatch. My goal is to put her on 37 inch tires but I need a pull out ramp so that my dogs can climb in with these. I plan on removing the backseats completely and just making a flat deck for them anyway. Any thoughts here? I’m willing to pay a fabricator in Southern California to help me out here…
I have Mastiffs...and Sasquatch...no better product than this:

This is what I use on my lifted vehicles. I have a great dane and a Doberman.
