Since you have a beat up FE and aren't happy with it, you should swap with your friend for his XJ. Sounds like an even swap.

Even though it’s beat up, it’s still an 2021 Bronco (an amazing car) and the XJ is still a 20+ year old Jeep. Now I’m not saying that XJs are bad I was just confused as to why it beat my Bronco.

Yea, but they were very limited. He must have one of the few built, I believe there were 6 or 7 of the 6,000,000,000 built. Need to check the VIN though to be sure.

Nothing wrong with a stock XJ, but if you couldn't run with one off road in a Bronco you should probably stay in the passenger seat and let your Grandma show you how to wheel it.

It is a limited trim, but there’s no way it is any rare edition. Much more likely I was wrong but I will ask him. Thanks.

They didn't. The Jeep Cherokee (XJ) was produced from 1984-2001. They are solid front axle. The Jeep Liberty (KJ/KK) replaced the Cherokee and had IFS. The Jeep Cherokee name returned in 2014-present (KL) and has IFS.
