I need mud flaps, whats everyone using?

Rekgen XL. Pricey but happy with how they work. Only put the backs on because it hurt my brain to just have fronts.

Get the good Made in the USA ones if you don't mind a little extra $.
Get the cheap ones from Amazon if you just need it to stop rock chips and mud.

I got the cheap ones. mudflap quality is great though the bots are rusting.
I had to spay them with coatings to hide the rust. Little extra work here and there.

I didn’t personally install them but if memory serves there did have to drill two holes on the back. I think the front used mostly existing holes, but may of had to drill one. I actually took a couple pictures before un-installing them which might help you.

Thanks! Icon compression in titanium. 17x8.5 w/0 offset. Was planning on painting the bolts along the rim, but after seeing them on the Bronco I'm leaving them as is.

Wow, that's pretty bad. Here is mine after I went on trails including puddles and muddy areas. I don't send it but my paint was virtually flawless... it took 2 thorough power washing sessions to finally get all the caked mud off the under side. Granted Im on 33s not 35s, and K02s vs Goodyears... but they haven't disappointed me yet.

Is it possible those side step rails are also helping out - because looks like they stick out further than some other rails? The combo of mudflap higher up, and the rails handling mud that gets under the flaps, might be why your vehicle is well protected?

Yes, the oem steps do help some. I hear rocks pinging off of them on the odd occasion. Most mud gets collected on the flap vs the underside of them however. I also got a lot of spray up on the body before I got my mudflaps in place. The combo seems to work well but I still grant most of the success to the mudflap. A matter of every little bit helps I'd say.

I put some universal husky mud flaps on using the hardware from some broflaps. These have the coverage I wanted. Since i have the following i wanted more coverage. 3" lift with 37x12.50R17LT with 9" wide with -12 offset

I went with the universal rally armor ur for an OBX. Looks good and isnt supper loud. I like the matching blue. Attached the front to crash bars and the rear to the bumper with rivet nuts.

I've been happy with the Mabett flaps.

I have the mabett/iag/21offroad mud flap. Although it was an easy install and look decent. I have -25 offseat wheels non-sas with 2.5" lift. With a full lock right or left turn it rubs on the inner side. I have to cut a good amount for it to clear on full lock turns. Since these are hard plastic it makes a nasty sound when rubbing. I have to look for another alternative where the mud flap are more flexible.

I went with the RokBlokz XL on my Wildtrak. Pretty easy install, they are wide enough to come out even with the factory fender flares. Great protection on gravel roads, but each one of them is easily removed by taking out two thumbscrews if you want them off for extra ground clearance when you’re off road
