My dealer prices all the orders at MSRP but has had no trouble getting $20k or more over MSRP for the small number of dealer stock Broncos they have received. They have one on the sales floor right now at $93,000 with some add ons to the $56k MSRP. Someone will pay it. We live in interesting times.

$5k ADM now vs increase in MSRP and loss of “standard” equipment (like the MY21 to MY22 loss of MOD bumper on BD and BL). I wouldn’t hesitate a second to grab that If I was still waiting after almost 2 years, and given the current state of commoditie. dealer seems to be pretty transparent about what and how they’re selling it.

Just curious what city your dealership is in? The dealership in Montevideo, has two Broncos on the lot for maybe over a month at can't get the extra $5k to $5800 over, they're asking for them.

I'd respond with an email inviting the dealer to get bent. $10K ADM on a new stock Bronco is one thing, but it's another to pay that on a previous model year that has been getting finger blasted and romped on by every mouthbreather at the dealership. Plus, as pointed out above, they're trying to charge your for accessories that Ford provided to the dealership for free. No thanks.

I don't think anything wrong is going on here, they don't really need to sell it, just testing the waters.

At least at my dealer ford did not give them the accessories for free. They were required to add them and pay for them. Granted they didn’t pay retail prices. They also were required to register and plate the mannequins they could not have a dealer plate. Then hold onto them for a period of 6 months. This coming from the GM at my dealer which is a pretty straight shooting guy(he still hasn’t received his bronco he ordered for himself well over a year ago)
I bought a mannequin because it was close enough to the build I wanted. So I have seen the paperwork associated with the accessories. Not to say that my dealer isn’t a dealer and could have put out anything they want on paper. But they have been decent. I didn’t pay anything over msrp even tho it did have 1500 miles on it. Good luck finding a used bronco for less than msrp anywhere these days. Other than it’s not my favorite color it’s got decent accessories that I’d buy anyway I’d probably buy it if I was sick of waiting for my build to show up if it was close to what I ordered. They are being transparent and I respect that.

I bought a new '19 Corvette and a '22 Maverick from them and found them to be very honest and fair (paid MSRP for the Maverick and $12,000 less then MSRP for the Vette in 2019) which is why I ordered my Wildtrak from them. I personally have nothing bad to say about Whitmoyer although I was surprised to see they are playing the ADM game with their demo unit.
