Committing to a trail like this, even after trimming the trees a bit by hand - not the place for a pavement princess...

On a side note, very proud of my Wifey's sweet skills on our manual transmission, non Sasquatch Black Diamond.

I was however, so focused on talking her through the challenges the filming does suffer. As we all know, cameras never do these things justice anyway - this trail was GNARLY!

Speaking of camera's, the lux Badlands with us sure made good use of them here!

We just kept telling ourselves, "It's a Bronco, and that will buff right out." Ha ha ENJOY! More from the day in the works!

Mine is a street driver and garage queen right now. It will be used on trails when I take it on vacation and to places with rocks and trails a couple of times a year. I work a lot right now and have 100 or more mile commute, use an economy car so the Bronco sits most of the time. When I retire in 2 years it will certainly get more use and more trails. I bought it as my very last vehicle for when I retire.

Both. It's my daily driver and my adventure rig. It takes me to work, the coffee shop, AND the middle of nowhere. That's what it was designed for, after all. There's far better options out there for single purpose vehicles.

4x4s are designed to be used.... so we use them!

I've got 15K on the Northridge4x4 Base Bronco and probably 4K+ of that is backroads and trails.

The wife has 6K or so on her Base Squatch and it's been out in the bush a few times, not as much as we usually take the NR Bronco.

Don't see why it can't be both.

Mine is a daily driver. So, yeah it's gonna spend a lot of time in parking lots at work, the grocery store, the mall or where ever else I need to go. But I also want to get out and use it as an off road vehicle. I live in the 4th largest city in the US, and sadly that means that any "off roading" is hours away. So while I've driven 4+ hours to go offroading at an offroad park and would again, and I'm driving to Colorado next week to camp and do some of the Alpine Loop trails, my Bronco WILDTRAK is doing double duty. Heck, towards the end of summer when it's not 110+ degrees outside, I might even take it down to the Galveston/Bolivar or Matagorda Beach and drive on the sand!
