At least it was just a demo. My niece's boyfriend has had a demo given to him as a loaner for a month now. I know of at least one time that he left the hard top off over night in the rain, and it has leather seats. Who knows what else he has done or will do to it. Crazy.

Congrats, OP! I hope you enjoy your new Bronco.
I know I pushed my mannequin when my dealer gave me the keys!

Hopefully it's still yours in a few months with the crap we've seen.

I’m curious how they plan to market the demo models? Will it be considered new or used? New cars have better resell and you can get a lower interest rate and I doubt you would get any discount if it’s considered “used”
Pretty sure it’s considered new. It hasn’t had a registered owner
Imagine buying a used truck that 100s of people smashed on during test drives and take home demos over 6 months for $5-10k over MSRP. But if the wait is that unbearable then I guess you have no choice!
🙄 imagine not wanting to wait three years for a new car you want when you need one now. If buying a car that some people have test driven seems bad, you would be really horrified to know some people actually buy used cars!

will get some pics up tomorrow 🤩

If you think it’ll take ford 3 years to produce 120k vehicles you need to lay off the B6G Koolaide and think logically. Jeep produces 250k wranglers a year for context. Now if you need a car today I get it, you’ll need to pay a premium. But there are so many people out there thinking the world is falling and they won’t get ford’s highest priority and a standard mass produced vehicle for years lol. This isn’t a corvette C8, but even if it was it’s only taking 6 to 18 months in the extreme to get one and that is a low volume specialty vehicle with crazy demand.
