Have you ever removed the rear trim panel? Trying to see the % of people who have who are experiencing thisMine has been doing this the past week too. It’s pretty annoying. Can’t figure out any patterns thus far. Key is always in my right pocket.

YesIn the cargo area?
Nah, I’ve never removed them. Just the soft top hardware.
I also dynamated rear panel. Did your key fob issue not happen until much later after your rear panel work?i get this randomly, seems like recent though, i changed both key fob batteries, and it hasn't happened again, yet.
i did remove the back panels and dynamat everything, but that was last year.

Mine just started today. '21 Badlands 2 Door. The Bronco recognized the key fob and allowed me to start it, and then started giving me the "no fob detected" on the dash and doing the damn double honk in the garage. Fob sitting right in the cup holders, on the shift lever, and in the cell phone charging area and still got the message/double honk. Didn't seem to matter where it was. The honk pisses me off more than the error message too, but that's just me. Who TF thought that was a good idea? Especially "door-less."Have you ever removed the rear trim panel? Been getting this problem since late spring, and now I have my answer. I dynomatted the entire storage area around that time. Very annoying. And I've got satellite radio interference from my roof rack install. Some poor design choices from Ford here for sure! For those experiencing the no key detected message - did you do any rear interior trim panel work?
