Tow Hitch a la cart for Base Model. Remote Start as standard, but a la cart is worth the cost too. I'm telling ya, having a warm car when you walk out to go to work in the AM & A cool car when your done with work...nice!

Dear FORD,

You've had multiple years to design and build the new Bronco. It's a beautiful baby. A LOT of positives! However, it appears you went dumpster diving on the interior designs, and you are trying to nickel/dime everyone on "packages". You are so close to knocking this ICONIC vehicle out of the park. Fix these screw-ups for MY21 and start cashing your checks.

1. Address the God awful MIC gray problem. Get rid of it. No body wants it, and it looks like trash. Add MIC Black top. Add dual top option.
2. Address the God awful interior options. Add Black Leather seat options. Add Brown saddle (not the current hideous brown) Leather seat options. Add the ability to pick and choose the flash colors. Most of the current interior choices are a travesty, and will only decrease sales.
3. Add heated/power seats. Not every Bronco owner is going to power wash their interior every day.
4. Add stand alone upgraded sound option.
5. Get rid of the CHEESY sticker emblems. Good God - 50-65K new iconic Bronco and you got them with a sticker? Really? Have some proper emblems made like the Cobra emblem.

Thank you for "listening"

According to the order guide the mid manual combo is only available on the Badlands. It costs $8,710 more to get a manual with the mid package because of this. It would be $8,710 cheaper to get a Big Bend with the mid and an automatic and $6,045 less to get a Black Diamond with the mid package and an automatic.
This right here.

Plus it's funny that the mid package comes standard on most vehicles this price.

I'm going to be the idiot that buys a Badlands anyway.

Personally there’s too many models, get rid of the Outer Banks and the Black Diamond. Base should come with vinyl and rubber floors and be allowed to be built into a faux Badlands with all options added or anywhere in between. Big bend should be on the wild track side where you can get most of the options but it’s catered more to luxury with carpet floors and no sway bar disconnect etc.

*Quit the model to model cock blocking of packages, give me a 12” screen on ANY MODEL!
*Give me a steel rear bumper on any model.
*Give me the ability to remove the painted flares from the OB from the factory and have black.
*Give me normal interiors with black/gray/tan option on all interiors.
*MGV on any interior with washout floor.
*More ala carte packages, (Cold weather, technology, safety)
*Choice of interior accent color.

From what I understand, all of these things will likely be addressed. Ford is just making sure everything with the purchasing/ordering goes 100% perfect since that's the final say. They've learned a lot from B+P and are putting that information to work to ensure everything goes well.
Possible for you to expand on what exactly this means? Or does it have to be left up to interpretation?

Some of the recommendations in this thread tied to a specific trim and personal use case are missing the forest for the trees.

Actionable short and mid term recommendations that benefit the greatest amount of future Bronco owners should be what gets bubbled up and focused on from a community perspective.

Didn't want to start a new thread,
but while were talking changes to available options, how about adding something like this for MY22?

Ice package:
Velocity blue accent trim pieces, heated seats, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel, grey/black MGV

Fire package:
Rapid red accent trim pieces, cooled seats, real rear a/c vents, light MGV

Fire & ice package:
iconic silver accent trim pieces, all of the above options, tan/black/roast MGV/leather

Wind package:
Upgraded B&O high end stereo, big screen, cell phone charger mat, top usb plug and rail, mesh bikini top, carbon grey accent trim pieces, any interior

Earth package:
All the dumb safety stuff, fancy cruise control, gps map stuff, cyber orange accent trim pieces, whatever that blue interior is that everyone hates

Gallop package:
Black accent trim pieces, all black interior, black trim, badges, mirror tops, and shadow black modular top, Ford performance tune 2.7 TT engine w/manual

Any other weird package ideas?
Surf package. Wood Grain vinyl wrap! :)

I literally think this is the most important thread on the entire forum right now.
Agreed and I have a feeling that Ford has something to do with it reading between the lines at least.

Sounds to me like Ford contacted Doug and not the other way around. Maybe they are actually listening now.

A bunch of Tech Bros from Silicon Valley crunched website trends and searches and builds and concluded that people dicking around on the interwebs somehow correlates with what kind of trucks we will want to buy. It's like a giant focus group, only dumber.

Howdy guys!

So recently, as I'm sure y'all may have noticed, this forum has turned a bit... sour. Lots of threads have turned into places for people to air grievances that things with the Bronco aren't EXACTLY how they wanted/pictured/dreamed. I get that, no vehicle is perfect, and it's ok to want something better. But there is now so much noise, and so many complaints that it's starting to get hard to focus on the items that are the most important. There could still be some minor changes put into effect in the coming months before the order books open and Job 1 begins. So we want to use that time to provide Ford with our top things to focus on for the 2021/2022 Bronco to give us as much of a chance of changing those things as possible. So that's what I'm creating this thread for; so we can be constructive and help Ford deliver what we want. Now, I don't want to overpromise and say that all of the things we vote on can be accomplished. But our best chance of changing things and having our input valued is to narrow it down, and offer solutions. So please, realizing that Ford is watching, let's hear some ideas on what can be done to improve the vehicle/launch process/ any other questions you may have. And let's make sure to thank the Bronco team, and things that they've done well and can expand on are needed as well! I think most of us are happy with at least 97% of the Bronco, it's obvious they've put a lot of work into it and the design is an absolute home run.

I will update the thread with a poll later on when I get some of our most repeated requests so we can vote on what's most important to us.

Edit: Just to address some of the already popular things:

1. White roof will be a late availability, 2022 model year. The black painted hardtop is also delayed, but it sounds like it will still be towards the end of the 2021 Model Year.

2. Rear console A/C vents are not going to be something that can be changed. Maybe with a mid-cycle refresh in a few years, but that is an extensive engineering challenge.

3. Interiors, the prototype show cars did not have a production interior. I do think that ford intends to have fancier interiors down the line (hence the prototypes and the Filson Bronco) but right now I think simplicity is key.

4. More "A la carte" options. This is definitely something we can provide feedback on, but packages are there for a reason and it vastly simplifies supply chains and how the trucks are produced. Ford is already doing a pretty good job of offering things like sasquatch A la carte, I wouldn't expect it or anything offered in the interior packages to be broken down much further.

The Wildtrak should have a 10-way power driver seat and an 8- way power front passenger seat as indicated on the website but absent from B&P.

Ford, if you really are listening...

1. Cold weather package
2. MGV option on all models
4. WHITE TOP (wimbleton white ;)How are ridges on seats the only thing heritage about a comeback vehicle?)
5. Rear floor vents-- really archaic and should not even be considered in 2020.

Only repeating so the message is consistent thanks Nic and thanks Ford for listening:

1. On-going clear and consistent messaging from Ford.
2. Interior choices that are simple one color options whether Black, Grey, (leather) Brown...not two tone.
3. Work with two or three B6G members as we progress forward and we will only make your Bronco product and careers even more successful. You can only gain by involving us!

Keep it simple and we will take it from there.
