The in car shots at the end looked like the soft top was delaminating from the heat.

I live in the SW desert and mine delaminates all the time. I just run my fingers over it to reseal it.

The in car shots at the end looked like the soft top was delaminating from the heat.

Looks like it's sagging, but I've had mine out in 115 or so degree UT heat a lot and the soft top has been just fine. It even did great in the snow. Only complaint I ever had with it was the latch mechanism on it, but I figured out how to fix that and it's all pretty okay now.
