Aoben rivet nut tool f
you are correct. If i had that tool I would have added the extra bolt on each bracket. Once the step its moved back an inch it just looks right, and the mudflaps do a great job in this Michigan weather! Please post pics when you get that rivit tool, maybe I will add the extra bolts too!

I’m trying to find front mud flaps that will fit my soon to be delivered Outerbanks. It appears that the sidesteps interfere with the Ford splash guards. Any suggestions for other options?
Please find below picture of Ford Mud mud flaps with the Tube step that comes on the Outerbanks. You can do this with a drill , dremel and a file by moving the mounting holes in the bottom of the tube step. .

Anyone know if there is a set of mud flaps available now that doesn't require moving the side step? I assumed by now there would be several on the market.

I run Weathertech Front mud flaps. They don't look the best but they do work.

Rokblokz released some, but they've been sold out every time I check. Hopefully production will catch up with demand at some point. Supposed to fit Sasquatch and non-Sasquatch models. Available is short and long. Looks like the front flaps would come down in front of tube steps if you have them, as I do.

How did you get them to fit properly? I’m assuming yours is an OBX based on the flair? I attached mine yesterday, but had to remove the OEM tube step on my OBX and it doesn’t fit quite right.
