First I want to say I feel pretty lucky to have what I ordered and exactly how I ordered it. Small dealership experience went very well with all price protections honored. I feel for everyone that has either not taken delivery or had a rough day of signing.

So the nickname came from an insurance quote from Farmers when I got my VIN. It was one of those quotes in the $980 range every six months. I told the agent, "does Farmers think I will be driving a Ferrari?" The Ferranco was born. Insurance ended up being way more reasonable 2 months later when I took delivery.

6/12/2023: 1186 miles today.
Highlight mods so far (almost in order):
Method 703 bead grip 0 deg offset.
Hood struts
Orange accent grap handles front/rear
Back seat rubber floor mat style velcro seat protection .
Full body PPF satin finish and Ceramic Coat.
Black matte finish badges.
This morning muffler delete with Flowmaster outlaw axle back. (Sounds like Raptor now).

Next week Rough Country hidden winch install.
Next 1-2 weeks Rough Country Osram ditch lights.

Totally happy with where this is going!

How much the full satin PPF run you?

Looks amazing, is it the roof as well?

Thanks! Nope on the top. Too much texture. PPF was $5500. Local dealership performance shop. They removed everything that had clips on it to apply it. Grill, flares, spare tire holder, etc. So pretty much no seams visible. Very happy with their work. I am relocating the keyless pad to inside gas door.

The rims work really well with the color, and the satin look is great. Really like how it worked out.

Beautiful Bronco. LOVE the origin story of the name, "Ferranco." I had a premium scare before taking delivery as well but ended up getting a great rate from my State Farm rep.

Very tasteful and thoughtfully appointed mods!

Thank you and that's exactly what I was shooting for. Going matte/satin themed was a decision made within few days of delivery. I saw enough Area 51 or Azure on Fords in my county that this equal cost film made it an easy choice. Finished off with those matte emblems. I think it also matches the top and factory plastics too.

Do you have any pics of the RC hidden winch install? How'd that go with the capable bumper?
Thanks!

Sorry, I don't have any pictures. I didn't perform the installation myself as I had the local Rough Country authorized dealer/installer perform the work. Turns out it is "do-able" as the local installer was too far in before realizing the capable bumper was not a recommended platform. Their statement was "we see why RC just said nope on their product page." It took them a couple days to install as they found their own way. Of note, I have used it a few times this winter while group wheeling and definitely miss the ability to free spool with the 2.7 lack of space preventing this. I am actually switching to an ARB Summit bumper later this spring for various reasons. So I would say if your in need of "regular" winch use, choosing a more traditional winch setup would be better functional wise long term.

My son and I just installed the RC hidden winch on my 2022 badlands 2.3 with capable bumper this weekend. Just took our time and analyzing where things go. So I guess it is Capable.
