The Tires and Wheels were mounted and balanced yesterday. The installer was very impressed with how light these wheels are at 20 pounds. They balanced well with very little additional weight.

Total weight of this set up is 91 pounds and is within 4 pounds of the Factory Sasquatch tires and wheels.

Not a great picture, but the Titan7 Satin Titanium is a little darker than the Titanium Method or Icon wheels.

37/12.50/18 Toyo ATIIIs and 18x8.5" Titan7 AK-1 with an Offset of +20. I did not want the Bronco listed AK-1s on their website at 17x8.5" with an Offset of -8. These would stick out past the fenders more than I like. I will install these with 93-106 Hub Centrics.

The Modules have popped up and the Tear Tag is present on this Bronco. It's alive and built as of the 12th.

Let's see how long it takes for delivery???

I picked up my 2-door this afternoon and a couple things I noticed right away.

My other 2-door with optional Leather Interior has the adjustable head rests on the front seats. My new one has the Marine Grade Vinyl and does not have adjustable head rests on the front seats. Both 2-Doors have non power seats no matter which interior you choose.

The rear deck section behind the rear seats is now a thick plastic that you lift up to get to the storage and Jack area. My other 2-Door has a carpeted section here.

Just like the Early Broncos, the 6G is constantly changing as well.

I installed a New Stainless AFE Exhaust this morning. The fit and finish are very good. Total time to remove factory and install new exhaust was about 30 mins. Very easy even without a lift.

Shown is the AFE Hi-Tuck 49-43135 vs the Factory System. The AFE is a bit louder, but still has a deep tone to it. Overall, very nice sound and does not sound like a weed eater at all. The pipes are larger and have smoother curves and bends, so I would expect some increase in power?

After putting a few hours on this Exhaust system I have decided it is too loud for me as is. (Maybe I'm just too old) I removed the Hi-Tuck Tailpipe and installed the additional AFE muffler across the back. This is a pretty good improvement in sound and not so loud.

I added the second muffler. This toned it down a bit to my liking.

Baja Designs Lights were installed yesterday.

The Modular Bumper Pros are down low for Fog Lights and LP6s are up higher for driving lights.

I used AUX switches #5 and #6 for the Fog lights and Aux #1 for the LP6s.

4x4 Truck LEDs compressor mount and switch/hose connect mount. Very clean and easy install.

Parts included for install.

ARB Twin Compressor - CKMTA12
Compressor Mount - 4X4 Truck LEDs
Switch and Coupler Mount - 4X4 Truck LEDs
Remote Line Coupler - ARB 740111
90' Fitting at Compressor - ARB 740110
90' Fitting at Coupler - ARB740104
Pressure Line - ARB .30 Meter, 740201
Switch Wire Harness

Ford Bronco 2023 2-Door Iconic Silver Badlands Build IMG_0824

I also used the existing smaller plug with the Purple and Black wires from the Compressor to the Switch. I added another wire from the switch to the Fuse Box with a Fuse Tap. (This wire is hidden in the Compressor main power harness)

Along with the list of parts above, this is the only wiring required for the install. Pretty simple and very clean. (Purple, Black and Red wires pictured go to the switch)

Edit: I now have a 4x4 Truck LEDs Wire Harness with all three wires together and no additional wire to fuse tap at Fuse Box.

I finished up installing the Upgraded Stereo Speakers.

The biggest improvement over the Stock B&O speakers was the Mabett Rear Pods with the PRV 6MR400-4s installed with added sound deadening in the back of the Box and Poly Fill. This is a very efficient speaker with a broad range for a Mid Range and sounds great with the Kicker Subwoofer as well! I had to adjust the balance to the front to even out the sound. The 3 Front Dash speakers were already installed and the combo paired up very nicely.

Edit: I have installed the Kicker 6 3/4" in the Kick Panels. Again, great increase in sound quality with additional Bass response.

I have Not added Amps or a new DSP. I don't feel that I need to in my case. These speakers sound great as is, but would more than handle just about any Amp set-up if I chose to add later.

Here are pictures of the Factory B&O Kick panel speaker vs the PRV 6MR400-4 I installed.

I have been thinking about rear pods but worried about if it was worth it. I also have the B&O system. Was the volume of the rear speakers louder with the 6.5’s? Any bass? Or did it just help with the clarity?

There is A LOT more sound coming from the rear pods now with the 6.5" speakers. The PRV speakers I chose are considered a Mid Range speaker (like original) they are very efficient, much better sounding with a broad range. Updating the rear pods had the greatest improvement overall.

The Rear Pods are very easy to change out in a 2-door. With a 4-Door Hard Top the top Bolts on the Pod Brackets are more difficult to get to due to being very close to the top. Much easier with a Soft Top.

Here is a difference in size between the 4" and the 6 3/4" Kickers I installed.
