When swapping out the front you have to match the rear as well.
For the rear axel you just need to change the gear and pinion not the whole axel assembly. I'm hoping you can eventually do the same with the front, but right now you are stuck replacing the entire front assembly and rear gear and pinion.

I’ve read somewhere that they are welded together so you will need to still do a swap.

Ya I'm following a thread in here for that, but I don't really want to change everything out. I'm hoping I can simply change the gears but not seeing anything for the front M190. There are options for the rear M210, if nothing comes available for the M190 I'll end up doing exactly what you said.
You could get the 4.46 that's in the black diamond to keep the M190 front diff.

Both diff's have welded gears so you at a minimum need new diff's and then new gears. Here's Northridge replacing rear with an ARB locker and he confirms welded ring gear.

If I could get just the Diff I might but was hoping for a higher ratio.

Had some extra time today so I've been out trying to level these Baja Designs XL80's, the mirror mounts are not level and it had the lights pointing in at the top and hitting the antenna. So I took the lights off and shimmed the inside up and now they're both level. I have the Baja designs mounts but they're simply flat so they mimic the mirror mount angle, doing this also made them feel even more solidly mounted.

I haven't pulled the panel to confirm but I'm 99% sure the sub box is there as I can see the sub through the grill. I actually just ordered a Kicker Sub, Soundsteam Amp, plug and play harness with LCi2, and an install kit so will have that build in a week or so.

I'm not sure why Ford would put a Sub without a magnet, an Amp without any guts and a sub box in if the stuff doesn't work???
Um… if it is in there it probably does work. Not that it matters if you are replacing, but to test you can make sure the fade is orientated towards the FRONT, turn on some music w/ base and listen/feel with you ear on the sub. To my surprise my 2023 came with the sub and it was supposedly deleted. I made the mistake of trying to test to see if it was installed, and if it worked. I oriented fade to the rear speakers and heard nothing. With the fade oriented towards the front I heard/ felt the sub! With that said, it is good not great sound and better to replace. However, I am happy with it.

Did you have the AM/FM, 6 SPKRS, SDARS-$250 on your window sticker?

You might be the 1st person I've heard that got the -250 and also got a working Sub. I went out and did exactly what you said and no sound came out. I took a quick pic and you can see the Sub in there so I'm assuming it's the one without the magnet.

You have me second guessing myself now, lol. I’m out of town, but when I get back, I’m going to test it again. I went through the extent of pulling back the rear trim piece enough to see and place my hand on the speaker. While music played I felt the vibration.

Ya I hear you after your response I started looking at what it takes to remove the trim panel and wow it's a lot so I'm waiting until I get the new gear so I only have to do it once.

Just to be clear I moved the fade all the way to the front and turned it up to 12 volume, went back put my ear to the sub and nothing. The rear floor was thumping a little but zero from the sub.

Yeah, I hear what you’re saying about pulling off that trim piece. I just started from the very back and pulled off a couple of the pins enough to reach in and feel the sub speaker. It wasn’t too bad to do this and the pins went right back in. I oriented to sound more to the front and center when I did my test. I’ll get back with you over the weekend and let you know how my second test goes to see if I was just imagining anything.
